Putting this review in just because we believe the consulate deserves a positive review. We got our visas in 2 weeks flat.. from online application to collection of stamped passports from VAC office in NY. We too read the reviews and were really really worried because we had a fast closing window of travel dates. Guess its all case specific and one shouldn't be quick to draw conclusions on the basis of a few negative reviews.
