Dr. Williams' and his staff were a pleasure and easy to work with and did what they could to work with us as we were traveling from Michigan to see him. I felt like Dr. Williams was very knowledgeable and had a good bedside manner. My daughter had hip surgery with him and it all went very well. We would definitely recommend.
One thing regarding wait times: our appointments were always around the same time of day and some times we were in and out with no waiting, other times we had reasonable waits and only one really long wait. I did not include wait times in the rating but if that's an important factor, you may want to schedule first thing in the morning.
