DO NOT USE PAVIGYM IN AUSTRALIA! Worst customer service we have ever experienced! Lifefitness is the distributor in Australia and they gave us an incomplete installation with ill-fitting edging and gaps left around pylons and at the walls. We have been waiting 3-months for them to come and finish their job and they do not return our calls or emails! It's unfortunate that a premium quality product is not backed with premium quality customer service! You can't charge premium pricing when you don't offer a premium service! Never again will we use Pavigym/lifefitness in our facility. We feel ripped off.
