My parents were there today and they felt like no one wanted to help them. They walked around the lot without help for quite awhile. When someone finally came out, it seemed he was either new or didn't know what he was doing. I am very disappointed as this is where I purchased my Camry just last year. We will be going to a different dealership from now on.
