I stayed for two nights at this fabulous Hotel. Even during the heightened security do to the virus outbreak across China, the Futian Shangri -La Hotel is still at the top of my to stay list while in Shenzhen. As usual the staff where all very helpful, accommodating and quite courteous. The food service was limited but still top notch in my book as I had some very lovely dishes. The only down fall to this trip was the closing of the Health Club, Pool and Spa. However, I have to agree with their being closed do to the Virus Outbreak. All in all I had a wonderful time and will be back soon. Thank you!
