Mrs. Ma gorzata Kisiel from the driving department is GREAT !!! My husband and I spent an hour yesterday with her arranging international driving licenses and it was the best time spent in the office in our entire life! Not only that we left the documents despite the failure of the office's IT system, but also with bellies aching from laughter :)) Thank you, Ma gosia, for such nice and human handling of official matters :))
