Worst lender of all time. Worst customer service. If you have a chance to use someone different, do it. Just processed a refinance with another company and was told to stop my auto payments. I changed it to the 15th a few days before November 1. Payment still went through and these morons told me I had to make that change by the 20th the previous month.

Essentially their website is from the 1990's and so is their efficiency.

Finally, is it too much to ask to get routed to a call in America these days? I'm so sick of listening to someone read off a script who is being paid slave wages. It's gross. This company is gross and should be put out of business.
