Noisiest "nice" hotel I've ever stayed in. First they booked us in the wrong room (and we booked over the phone), but they didn't have any other rooms so they gave us a very small credit back. Then the noise level was just ridiculous! The guests being noisy is one thing, but the guests AND the staff were noisy at this. We went there to sleep in and relax. Nobody is sleeping in and relaxing when the guests are being loud late into the night and then the staff is shouting up and down the hall to each other and vacuuming the hallway at 9am. It was very disappointing considering how much you pay to stay there. We won't be going back.
