Can't rate this company highly enough from how amazing they've all been since our initial flat viewing through to letting our dream flat. Deposit and maintenance repair was logged in a matter of days, communication from all the team - especially Natasha - has been outstanding

As well as this, the cleanliness of our new flat upon arrival was great and I feel they've made everything so seamless and easy for us. I absolutely loved the welcome pack they gave us when we collected our keys which included all the things you forget to buy when moving - and it just was such a lovely gesture. Everybody at the office came across as being really thoughtful, genuine and clearly hardworking people. I'm really impressed and confident to be letting from Southside and wanted to say thank you for all they have done so far!
