As a frequent traveler, I workout to maintain health and fitness, beyond staying in good shape despite a hectic lifestyle.

Though I needed to strengthen my muscles while losing some body fat, I wasn't drawn to strength training initially. That changed when I met Annie; with her knowledge and experience, she explained to me how strength training with a qualified coach can help me to achieve my goals. Additionally, she coached me on nutrition by changing habits, and taught me the importance of eating whole, unprocessed foods.

She is very accommodating to my traveling schedule, and modifies my programs accordingly. Sometimes I dread the sessions knowing that they're tough, but deep down I am enjoying training at Raw very much!
