Great gym but membership staff care only about sales. I also was previously a member of Reebok Gym, this was much better in terms of classes, space, people etc. After becoming Third Space gym, membership has become more expensive every year without any added benefits. If you get told that you can get guest passes every month at the sale cycle, don't trust these guys. When you complain, they do not care about what you think or how you feel, all they care about is how much you pay for this gym and they don't try to keep you as a member. Interestingly also when I complained, one person responded to emails, but then actually another one called me. Massive miss-alignment in everything. Great personal trainers and great facilities (not very clean though), but I wish that all the other staff was better and were more attentive to their loyal customers and other details. They clearly don't care about any feedback, which is the reason for putting 1 star.
