Very nice hotel if you are looking for 4 stars hot...

Very nice hotel if you are looking for 4 stars hotel in Surabaya. Nice service and good breakfast. This hotel is quite cheap compare to other 4 stars hotel in downtown Surabaya.

But it is very disappointing because I came here three times and I was never able to use the swimming pool for my first and second arrival. The staff said whether the pool was still in maintenance or cleaning. And the pool is not big and not really clean enough. I hope the management can deeply take this issue more serious.
