Had the pleasure of calling the North store and working on my anitvirus issue with Anya. Through some investigation Anya was able to figure out that my AVG antivirus was out of date and needed to be switched to Avast. She was very easy to work with and having the Friendly Computer Remote Access program on my computer made diagnosing the problem easy and seamless. Overall the entire process was easy to update to Avast so that my computer had antivirus protection through Friendly Computers. Excellent experience and I recommend Friendly Computers to my friends for their computer repair needs. Thank you for providing such customer friendly and knowledgeable service.
