I had an issue with a local news paper loading up my bill with things I never wanted or for that matter even agreed on with them. They just started adding things in with out telling me. I called several times and they always said your not on that anymore, but when the bill came in it was just like nothing was ever said. The bill was always the same charging me for things I didn't want or need. Finally I contacted the BBB and they had to contact the paper twice that I know of before they called and wanted to clear things up. So the man said he would make sure the bill was correct and then gave me credit for one of the Items I didn't want for 3 months. I still have not gotten a bill yet but time will tell. If I had not contacted the BBB I might not ever got this resolved. Thanks again BBB.
