Hello to Parker Staffing recruiters, reviewers, job applicants and etc. I am fairly new to the seattle area (approximately 3 weeks). I initially spoke to a recruiter name zach who is a recruiter and is doing is job to help me find my next position. I told him im a recent graduate with a masters degree. He asked me questions in which i answered thoroughly. Zach was able to find me a role with a medical device company which i was suppose to interview for the company. 2 hours prior to the interview, I get a text from Zach asking if i am ready for the position then a call 45 mins to hour stating that the job position has been filled. So Zach tells me that theres another opportunity that he believes I will be fit for. He transfers me to christina who knows more about the position. The first question she ask me is what type of role are you looking for??? I was a bit confused because its like im basically telling myself all over again. I asked her "are you my new recruiter"? She says "No". I continue to tell her what im looking for then she states im not fit for it and that the job requires experience? i told her that not what zach said. Fast forward her tone was getting low which signalled that she was upset and told me to hang on. I hear a guy talking and I am thinking it was zach but it turns out to be another recruiter. He asked me the same question christina asked me. I was shocked because why are they asking me the same question and i have to keep answering. Nick asked me what i was looking for and what pay i was seeking. He wanted to offer me a position i was not interested in and to basically either take the role or find another agency which Nick stated. Its absurd how a recruiter tell a job applicant to call another agency like terra staffing when they have other roles in place that I could apply for. Lastly, I just spoke to jacob rhoades who seems like he sort of knows what is he doing, but i question his abilities because of some of the statement he made over the phone. How can you be a vp of the company but yet similar situations still occurs in your reviews and you state for them to give you a call. In honest truth they do not deserve any stars and personally do not care if they do not send my application out. Moral of this review is that Parker staffing needs to organize their system, Realign their employees and policy thats in place and lastly some recruiters do not need to be recruiters. If anyone reads this My name is Michael and I stand by my words because thats who I am.
