Kim was fantastic! She helped us through the entire process. Her industry knowledge and accessibility made it so any question we had was quickly answered. Our trip was fantastic and I give a lot of credit to Kim for that. The recommended resort was fabulous and ease of working with her eliminated tons of stress. Overall fantastic experience.
