Me, my partner and my Mum all come to Align body clinic. They have been absolutely brilliant for each of us in different ways. Sheena supported my recovery from my first pregnancy and treated me from 20 weeks during my second. My treatment from Sheena didn't just treat my back problems, I also noticed that my breathing, digestion and energy levels all improved. I do not need so much osteopathy now so I recently started having deep tissue massage instead and its been just what I needed. A lot of massages leave you feeling worse or that the ache has just moved to a different place. Sheena knows exactly what she is doing so this has not happened. I can't recommend Align enough, they are very easy to get to and once Sheena even helped me up the stairs with the buggy!
