I bought an alarm system from Certified Alarm and paid them a monitoring fee for five years without a signed contract. Now they tell me the cell phone module is out of date and they can replace it for $200 or I can sign a service contract for monitoring. I told them I paid them for five years and if they want my business I will pay them another five years but I ain't signing a contract. They refused the offer thus telling me my business is not important and suggesting they are greedy self absorbed pigs. I would highly recommend that anyone shopping for an alarm system seek all other options before settling on Certified Alarm and their greedy pig owners who do not care about their loyal customers who paid them for years.
