I could write about the multiple perfect and problem-free visits I have made to this beautiful salon, but I'd rather write about the time things went sideways.

I decided to take the plunge and go for a purple balayage; this was quite the undertaking as my hair was very dark brown and virgin. What I didn't understand during the first 3-hour session was that I was not going to be able to get the rich purple color I dreamed of in one session. When I left that night, with rose-pink hair, I was so disappointed and upset. I didn't know if it was my failure to communicate or if the salon wasn't clear with me.

After every visit they send out a quick questionnaire about the services given and I was completely honest in my review. I was contacted my management within 24 hours and a week later my hair was fixed and GORGEOUS!!!

Like I said, it's great when you have a perfect experience with a business where everything goes smoothly. But I think how an establishment takes care of their customers when issues arise speaks volumes. I appreciated how I was treated during the first visit and the follow-up visit. Whether or not it was my mistake I was treated with respect and value. I can't wait to come back here for a facial...or massage...or mani/pedi.
