This is by far the worst water company I have dealt with. There is no professional conduct within the head office/call center. The drivers have no customer service and are rude. For the past year, I have been dealing with drivers who do not do their job. Every week I have to call and fight with a driver to bring my water. Having a water delivery service is meant to keep my life a little simpler. It is a headache. Drivers don t show up for the weekly delivery. When I call, they don t answer. And when they do answer, calls are hung up on me. I have called customer care numerous times to make a complaint. Nothing has been done. I am not even sure if those complaints go anywhere else or left at the desk.
