Get a trial package by referring a friend - so I should only pay 15 instead of 45 including delivery.
Of course you could only redeem the voucher after paying. Unfortunately, the system informed me that the voucher had expired (2 hours after receiving the email).
The customer service only said "Ohh .. this is about to happen again".
So the friend who referred me did not receive a thank you voucher.
I have sent my data as requested to the email that was posted. I've been waiting for an answer for over 1 week now.

For me, it looks like trial packages are deliberately offered at a low price so that customers can be sneakily caught and the entire price charged.
Who does the effort to claim the money back with consumer protection for 30 ?
