Several days of waiting over 35 minutes for a repr...

Several days of waiting over 35 minutes for a representative and still no answer. I am losing money by the day because they are "looking" for an appraiser. No actual person to talk to. No real status. Covid19 can't be the reason you don't have even a few agents to field calls remotely. Disappointing.
