LG has terrible customer service. I sent my device in for repair for a small crack. They lost my device. They located it after a week, quoted me a very expensive rate to repair. They sent my tablet back to me damaged more. Instead of a small crack it was returned to me with holes in it and my tablet was completely damaged. WARNING!!!!! DO NOT TRUST LG DO NOT BUY LG Products
