I have had my hair cut and colored by Rachel at Pastels for four years. Rachel is an amazing hairdresser who really listens to her clients and produces excellent results. She is a fantastic colorist and does great blow-waves. Most importantly Rachel has a friendly, warm personality and it is always a treat to see her every six weeks.
