This place is horrible. Counting down the days until my lease it up. Horrible management. I've emailed multiple times about questions/concerns and never get responses. I pay for my pet and the people above me have 2 cats without paying and the people across the hall from them have a dog they also do not pay for. So I guess what I'm telling you is if you have a pet don't tell them like me and have to pay when you can clearly do not have to. This place is ridiculously over priced for what you get. If you don't want to hear everyone walk all through the day/night live on the 3rd floor if you have to leave here. I advise you not to live here. The office says it's open until 6.... that is a lie. It took me over 4 weeks to receive a package because they close earlier than they're suppose to. And when I did go get my package the 2 ladies in the office and one of the maintenance guys were outside on a picnic table drinking beer.... mind you this was around 4 on a Wednesday when they were suppose to be on the clock until 6. It took them a week to fix a leak that should have only taken 2 days if they knew what they were doing. I would have never moved here if I knew how crappy this place is. All of the bad reviews on here are 100% true. If you have the money to spend the extra buck spend it... you will lose all kinds of sleep here and get annoyed when trying to watch a movie and all you hear is a herd of elephants running and jumping around above you. Good luck to all the renters out there. Avoid this place as much as possible.
