This is the only truly great bread I've ever had in Florida. Their rolls are top shelf and the main reason why the Boiler Room has had such popular steak and cheeses for so long. The Chop Shop on Manatee sells them retail. Any local business not using them for sub rolls isn't very serious about their product.
