If I could give it zero stars I would. First of all the people at the entrances was not very friendly. In a hateful/attitude way told us move down the street for the entrance. When we got in the building same attitude was given us told to go upstairs. When we got our tickets and went to security they made it sound like all floors was open to veiw. After we viewed the 86th floor we was then told that the 102nd floor was under construction. No warning at all when buying tickets. Even the elevator controllers seemed like they didn't want to be there, like we are inconvenience them for touring the building. I tell you what you all wouldn't have a job if it wasn't from us tourist. Very mad and disappointed at your company.
