Worth every cent. We arrived at 7:50am (10mins before opening) and, although there was a line of people just coming out of the entrance door, it wasn't a long process to the main deck. View was spectacular and it was hard to judge when to leave. I think we spent 30 minutes admiring the view, looking through the telescopes (free) and circling the building several times.
