I bought several items on online auction want to pick them up but if I pay for them they have to be shipped I sent an email the problem was not resolved called on the phoneThinking maybe it was going to be resolved now I can t buy on line till I pay for them so they can charge the shipping price to be shipped. third-party needs to make money also I follow the guidelines send them an email to customer service never got a response tried calling several times finally I got a hold of someone early in the morning but this was going to be taken care of and it hasn t now I m forced to pay for the shipment so I could continue buying
