I would like to take the opportunity to say a BIG THANK YOU to the staff and management of Novotel Hotel in Ellerslie, thank you for your friendly service from the time of booking the venue right up to the night of my sons 21st birthday on July 19. Special thanks the two friendly staff members that assisted from the begining with not only the venue but with other complementary's as well.(for privacy reasons i wont mention names but you know who you are) thank you for going the extra mile, making sure expectations were met, and lets not forget the friendly faced staff at reception, you guys exceeded and delivered a very high level of service which not only met my expectations, my guests also commented on how great the venue was. Staff and chef/s waitresses, the food was VERY GOOD. Again I thank you Novotel for a great memorable night. Will definitely see you again in the near future.<br/>Thank you.
