Novotel Taoyuan lives up to its name. It is a good business trip based hotel that has access only from the hotel to the airports. Room was good a and spacious. However the hotel lacked of character to the making the stay more enjoyable. Novotel could look into the possibility of having regular scheduled trips to Taoyuan city for guests to go or even regular trips to Taipei city itself. This would encourage guests travelling on business to extend their stay in the hotel rather than checking out.

The ladies in the bar were engaging. Staffs who were cleaning the rooms were also very engaging and receptive. However I find that the staffs at the conference hall were not too engaging. That can be improved
