Greater than 10 minutes to get a drink at a table....

Greater than 10 minutes to get a drink at a table... Greater than 30 minutes to get 3 entries 2 soup, 1 salad and chicken biscuit entire... mostly pre-made items...
2 soups were not hot (a little above room temperature), sent back twice to get HOT
Shame !!!!!
Nice atmosphere, servers where ok...
