First class service, I had to say for 1night and to get a Covid test. The staff were so helpful, without there help everything would have been a lot harder. The hotel is very nice, nice rooms, with the Covid situation reastruant and bars are closed, so you have to use room service, which was good. The only down side is getting in to the hotel from T5 this due to small signage in T5. Overall a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff
