From the start our treatment was fantastic and we were impressed with all the facilities that were part of the package. The bikes were in excellent condition and good brands (Scott pro carbon CR1) which we could use at any time with or without a guide. The bike mechanic and guide were very helpful and experienced. We stayed in the suites were are the off site apartment style rooms. I would highly recommend this option since the rooms are larger and the provide all the same benefits of staying in the hotel building. The walk to the main building is less than 5 minutes, I've waited longer for elevators in other hotels. The food is great (buffet style) and full board includes three meals. During dinner the owner would come by and serve wine and chat with the guests, he was very pleasant.

The tours offered were at three difficulty levels and the guides were excellent for all. One tour included a wine tasting and food that was better than any wine region experience I've been on. All the guided rides are included in the stay which you could opt in or out of.

We will be returning to the Hotel Dory next time we have a chance to visit Italy.
