I wish I did a little reading about this place bef...

I wish I did a little reading about this place before going so I would've known in advance that nothing in the theatre is original from the time of Lincoln... not the balconies, stage, presidential booth, etc. Only a single wooden chair and the outer walls remain before it was gutted, turned into offices, and then rebuilt according to historical photos in the 1960's. Some artifacts in the basement including the gun used in the assassination were worth seeing for their historical significance.
