I booked with Viva Air from Medellin to Cartagena....

I booked with Viva Air from Medellin to Cartagena. So far, it was easy. I have not received a booking confirmation until today. My account was charged. My inquiries by mail were answered with text modules. Nobody reads what I wrote to them. I will probably have to book a new ticket with another company. This is fraud on the customer.
