After all the hoops they made me jump through and the numerous times they didn t respond to my calls or emails plus all the paperwork I had to acquire they could not hold up to what they were offering. My house was appraised $25,000 higher than what I purchased it for and they still couldn t. I looked at reviews and I noticed that a lot of people had similar experiences to me and they happened to be the one star reviews. If you get that letter in the mail from them. Trash it.
