Making a reservation via phone is a challenge/almost impossible. I found the best way to contact them is through Yelp. I was able to schedule a birthday celebration of 9 people on the beautiful rooftop. The interior is beautiful, they did not go cheap on the decor. Their alcohol inventory is impressive with a huge range from Japanese whiskeys, wines, to Irish scotch.

Now onto the most important topic: Food and Drinks. Overall the food was a hit or complete miss. However, all the drinks are great and well crafted. Which I am not surprised, being the sister restaurant/bar of Craft & Commerce and Polite Provisions (I believe).

Aged Ribeye - Staff highly recommended this cut to be cooked medium rare. Our table ordered 3 of these: one was over salted, one being over cooked to medium and overall dry, and last one was perfect. So there was no consistency.
Dry Aged Bone-in Ribeye - Amazing and worth the price. Perfectly seasoned as well, additional sauces were not needed.
American Wagyu - Solid
Filet - Over Salted
Charcoal Roasted Chicken - Tender chicken, no complaints.
Uni Spaghetti - Great
Mary's Snails - Bone marrow and snails with caramelized onion. Loved it except the toast that accompanied it. Over buttered thus over powering the bone marrow/snails. Deliciously over buttered...
King Oyster Mushrooms - Complete fail on all 3 orders in our group. Extremely sour, almost inedible.
Butter Poached Lobster - Good
Crispy Smashed Potatoes & Oven Stuffed Potato - Neither were impressive.
Mac & Cheese - Was lacking something.
Bread & Butter - Delicious
Carrot Cake - Amazing and highly recommend. Very soft and not overly sweet.
Cheesecake - Was alright

Whiskey Smash - My personal favorite for a sweet but not overly sweet bourbon cocktail.
Old Fashioned - Done pretty tell
Table Side Martini - Made how you like it, no complaints.

TLDR: Great bar, mediocre steakhouse. I will only come here for the well crafted cocktails, carrot cake and decor. Would not spend that amount of money for average steaks and sides.
