I uploaded my DNA data from MyHeritage, since that is the cheapest here in Sweden and within 24 hours Xcode sent me very comprehensive Nutrition, Fitness, Skin, Allergy and Health reports. The reports were very clear, easy to understand and to the point. I even got suggestions for lifestyle changes and supplements I should take more of. I keep coming back to my reports for hints on how I can optimize my health. Very pleased.
