I had an issue with a Thinkpad x230 keyboard. I'm technically savvy and they were able to troubleshoot it over the phone, ordering the part before they saw the laptop. When I went it they switched it out and it saved me two days on my turnaround time. Very easy to work with. I'd highly suggest using PCPC Direct -- they're approved by Lenovo in the Houston area too.
