Custom Tees Palmer Review of Etsy

So here is my story with etsy, 4 days ago i started my page on etsy to start selling custom made Tshirts and Hoodies. After checking on etsy for all the regulations and other people selling the same thing who have been open for over 3 years and making sure i am following all regulations. 2 hours after i started and while i am still uploading some items i found myself deactivated , NO EMAILS, NO NOTICES AND NO COMMUNICATION FROM ETSY AT ALL, just out of the blues i am deactivated. It was not a problem i figured there must be a way to get to etsy and try to figure out what went wrong, took me almost 2 hours to find someplace i can talk to someone from etsy, finaly reached etsy support of twitter and sent them and got told someone will follow up with me of course after sending again i finally got an email from A TEAM that is supposed to work with me that had 5 random questions in it and from the look of it sounded like just a way to get RID of me wondering what went wrong but i figured why not answer and i did and I GUESS I WAS RIGHT WITH MY ORIGINAL ASSUMPTION , i am THE company owner, i am doing all the process of printing the shirts and hoodies myself with other workers at my locations , i have all the equipments needed for that process and still ACCORDING TO THE TEAM MEMBER I WAS NOT INVOLVED ENOUGH in my production process and my shop was PERMENANTELY SUSPENDED. I totally understand if after that email all other shops that are doing the same exact thing have been shutdown or closed but no , from the looks of it it sound like one store got chosen to be permenantely suspended while all other shops with the same activity are up and running. OF COURSE IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REQUEST A CALL FROM ETSY WITH MY ACCOUNT BEING DEACTIVATED SO I AM HOPING I DO NOT JUST GET A LINK SENT TO ME WITH A REQUEST A PHONE CALL, I SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND MESSAGES ON TWITTER WITH THE SAME ANSWER THAT MY EMAILS HAVE BEEN ESCALATED TO A HIGHER TEAM AND SOMEONE WILL BE CONTACTING ME BUT OF COURSE EVERTYTHING IS TAKING FOREVER AND I HAVE TO KEEP SENDING EMAILS AND MESSAGES. I PERSONALLY ADVISE ANYONE WITH THE INTENTIONS OF SELLING ONLINE TO USE A DIFFERENT SITE OR VENUE WHO OFFERS MORE HELP AND SUPPORT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
