I have had a great experience with all of the office staff and providers I and my family have seen. Everyone I have met has been professional, warm and compassionate.
The ONLY reason for deducting a star from my review is that almost every time I am at the office I have to wait 25-45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before the provider comes into the room.
One time, my son had an 8am appointment and that was the only time we were seen promptly. (Which makes me think the schedule just gets behind as the day goes on).
