I usually love this place but Laura is absolutely rude and resulted in a lost customer. A few days ago she messed up our order which was ok I called and another employee set up for us to be credited for the portion of our order that was messed up. I call today to take advantage of this and Laura claims it's not there and then proceeds to tell me to call the owner at home and argue with me about the order I had previously placed. Idc about the free food I frequent this place but I'm not going to support an establishment that allows an employee to speak to me like that.
