It was a fun and fast paced slider place in Birmingham MI. A bit pricey though. We enjoyed the old fashion dinner and the friendly staff and customers. I would try it again for sure. It was good food too! ; )

decided to read the reviews to look for something to eat in the area and found this little place it was pretty busy but now I know why extremely good food will be returning if in the area again!
This place was pretty good. My family doesnt eat onions, and they were great about not doing it. To compare, when you go to white castles there are a few straggler onions. The layout inside doesn't offer a lot of seating space, and it's packed. However, it's cute, and you feel like you're part of a community when you're there. Also they kill Telway burgers.

Incredible. They have a burger for everyone. Single, double, triple, name your size and they make it. Want bacon? Hell yeah they will add bacon. This place is a classic!
You want the best slider you'll ever have, head here. Just don't kid yourself and pretend you are something you are not, you love burgers, that's why you are here. Don't be bashful and order 1, you can eat 2 and will want too. 2 cheeseburgers, 1 French fries, 1 chocolate malt. You'll feel better about yourself when you don't deny it. We won't judge. Bring cash though.

Great authentic burger place on woodward! Too bad the bar doesn't face the street, you'll find yourself turning around in your stool every few seconds during car season.

This "original" location is tremendously better than the Ann Arbor off shoot. In Birmingham, lots of regulars roll through for lunch. Most sit at the counter but there are also some seats facing out of the restaurant. This place has been here a long time. You order at the counter, and when your food is ready, they yell out your name. You have to ask for a refill on your drink but they are quick once you do. Single cheeseburger is not enough, they are pretty small. I usually get two doubles. That fills me up. Each burger is like $3 or $4. I would definitely return when I am looking for lunch in Birmingham.
The wait was ridiculous! The price was astronomical! The bacon cheeseburger was mediocre! ..... It was during lunch rush & I've had great sliders there, in the past. The price is normal.. just too much for sliders.

This place has delicious burgers, though i would not go as far as to say they are the best burgers. They do have a great system for ordering and serving food (including an outside speaker system). If you are looking for anything fancy, this is not the place for you. There aren't any frills here and that's perfectly fine. You will find yourself underordering as the portions are pretty small unless you are going there for a snack.
Definitely a classic. Definitely worth visiting for 2 or more great sliders. The milkshakes are really good too!

Great location and staff is excellent! Love the food and anybody who complains should know better! Sometimes that's the best remedy for a bad day or hangover is to come here and chow down on some great sliders and chili! Also my wife loves them wiener dogs here, she always eats 2 or 3! Only reason we don't give a 5 star review is the prices are higher than competitors but hey welcome to Birmingham and Woodward ave!
Price seams to be a little high for the size. But taste is great and quick service. The onion rings leave a little to be desired.
