Proper Cloth combines takes fabrics from some of the world's best and oldest mills, gives them a New York design, and has them assembled in overseas. The result is made-to-measure shirts that are far superior in fit, comfort, and look to off-the-rack shirts at the same or greater price point.

I own two shirts from them so far and I'm eagerly awaiting my third.
