Everything was amazing! Staff is one of the best I have encountered and they love working for the hotel and it s guests. My only complaint is there is not enough waiter in the 2 pool areas. We had to always wait a long time for drinks not because the staff was slow but because there was only 2-3 staff at any given time. The hotel needs to double the pool wait staff and this would solve the problem. This is logical considering all you want is cold beverages sitting by the pool and easy way to make money.

Observation: we attended a conference for 4 days and all the ballrooms/conference rooms are FREEZING. Turn down the AC because I had to bring a jacket or sweater to every meeting.

Would have been a 5 start except for those 2 things.
