Was a very frustrating experience. There is absolutely no communication. I had to call to find out what was going on with my case multiple times. Never was I seen as a priority. They simply did not do their job and it was a waste of money. They told me that I would have no points on my license for a ticket (after my court appearance) and then come to find out I did have points. I didn't even find out until my insurance was affected. It was truly horrible. At this point I feel like I would've been better off with choosing a better law firm.
