I followed up with my moms voicemail and the lady who answered was rude. Her name was Maureen. I explained that I received a voicemail and she rudely asked what I wanted. She had mentioned that I already called and that she spoke to me. I expalined I haven t called and told her it could have been my sister.. I have nothing against this clinic, just the way the receptionist answered the phone was very unprofessional! You d think the first person that answers the call would answer in a polite manner and try their best in customer service. I hope they hire a better receptionist so if I call in the future, I get a warm greeting.
