My worst experience of Vodafone customer service in over 20 years. The member of staff who processed what should have been a simple upgrade seemed to be struggling through a lack of sleep To The point where they couldn't even be bothered to cover their mouth when they repeatedly yawned. The simple upgrade took over 1h 20 to process.
