We're a Townhouse community of 48 Owners with 12 buildings. Our entire main road and all driveways needed to be replaced. After doing our research we chose Capozzi to do the work. We started the work in June 2020 - postponed due to the shut down. This was a large job: coordinating where residents should and should not park, making sure garage doors were open when they needed to be, maintaining the flow of residents in and out of the community. How pleasantly surprised we were with the Capozzi crews and how they worked so well with the community on a project that had so many various needs. We had no - not one - complaint from any of the Owners and we had many owners applaud how well the work was going and how wonderful our new road looks. We highly recommend Cappozi. If they can keep 48 Owners happy for a little over 2 weeks..... they can do anything. You're welcome to drive through our "undiscovered treasure" known as Swallow Creek in Clarence Center to view our new road and driveways..... just respect our 15 MPH speed limit.....
